PARLOUR PRIVACY NOTICE

Clear terms.
Your control.

This notice explains how PARLOUR uses browser storage and how the website host handles technical connection data.

01 / BROWSER STORAGE

Preferences on your device

Your theme, favorite games, and ambience preference are saved in your browser's local storage. Dismissing the live inspiration ticker is saved in session storage for that browser session. These settings are not included in room invitations or download requests. Clearing browser storage removes saved preferences.

02 / INVITATION LINKS

Details you choose to share

A room invitation can include its room code and selected game in the link. Anyone who receives or can access that link may view those invitation details. Share links only with people you intend to invite.

03 / DOWNLOADS

No download tracking

PARLOUR does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, device information, or analytics when you download the application. Download links open the selected release file directly. No download logger, device fingerprinting, geolocation lookup, or analytics webhook is used. The website host may process standard connection metadata such as IP address and browser user-agent in its routine delivery and security logs under the host provider's own policies.

04 / DEVICE PERMISSIONS

Camera and microphone

The website's invitation pages do not request camera or microphone access. A separate PARLOUR client feature that uses those devices must be enabled by you through the relevant device or operating-system permission controls.

PARLOUR does not require website accounts, newsletter signup, or download analytics. For privacy questions, contact the site operator through the PARLOUR Discord community.
